Pricing & Shipping
Yes, the pricing displayed on the product page is inclusive of all taxes.
Shipping is absolutely FREE for all orders.
Please refer to shipping details mentioned on the product pages.
Yes, we shall send an email to you notifying the confirmation of your order.
Right after we verify your shipping address and purchase information, we shall send you the information regarding the shipping details of your order by email.
You will receive a tracking code and a tracking link by email along with details of the shipping partner. You could also just log into your account on our website and check the My Orders section.
The products we feature on the Kairos website undergo stringent quality checks to ensure they are 100% genuine, fault-free and match the Kairos brand value. Hence, we only accept returns on items that are damaged or defective.
While it is unlikely for you to receive a defective or damaged item, we will be very happy to replace any defective items from your order. Please send us your Order No. and Item Details along with a picture of the damaged/defective product within 24 hours of order delivery to initiate the return process. All items for return must be in their original packaging.

Gift Cards, Registry & Wishlist
Kairos offers gift cards to be purchased and redeemed against the order value on our website. To redeem your Gift Card, please enter the Gift Card code in the ‘Coupon Code’ section of your Shopping Cart page.
Yes. Our website allows you to create and share your Gift Registry (Wishlist).
Absolutely. Just add any number of Gift Cards that you want in your registry and share your Gift Registry.
Immediately. You can add products to your Gift Registry (Wishlist) and use any of the social links in your Gift Registry page to share your registry with your friends and family.
Sure. You will be able to manage your Gift Registry using the My Account page.
Gift Registries are updated almost immediately once the purchase is confirmed.
Your Gift Registry is linked to your account and products in your registry will remain until a purchase is made or you manually remove them.
When you create your account, you will be able to add an address to the gift registry and all products purchased from the registry will be shipped to that address.
