Our earthy and smoked shades of black meets a vibrant ochre; their patterns and form caught in an everlasting embrace. Every planter that rises from the wheel are moulded and shaped by hand for its abstract form and are dotted with occasional dips and dimples that changes from piece to piece. One half is a rustic matte black, that comes from a traditional technique of smoking terracotta wares with locally collected twigs and leaves, while the other is carefully hand-illustrated with bright ochre. Sometimes the process leaves traces of brown behind which is completely natural and unique to each planter.
